Scott Rogers - Operations Director
Scott started his construction career as a carpenter over 20 years ago. He has since broadened his knowledge base with skills in Engineering, Computer Aided Design and Construction Management, working up from Site Foreman, Site Manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager. He is an extremely motivated individual with an eye for design, detail and has a practical, can do solution driven mind set. Scott drives all matters operationally.
Roger Trott - Commercial Director
Roger has over 30 years of construction experience within the South West. He trained and started his career as a Quantity Surveyor and this has been the backbone of his subsequent roles as Project Manager, Design Coordinator and Commercial/General Manager. Roger is a pragmatic and client focused individual who has an ability to problem solve and is responsible for all Commercial aspects of the business
